In homage to their heritage, a sibling duo from Madhya Pradesh envisioned a vibrant garden accessory for their balcony—a piece that would stand out against the lush green foliage and pristine white walls. They desired an art form that would infuse their space with a burst of color while honoring their cultural roots. In collaboration with the skilled Baiga artists from Umaria, MP, we brought this vision to life with a striking 4 ft. tall wooden totem.
This totem is a celebration of tradition and modern aesthetics. Crafted meticulously by the artisans, it features bold, contrasting hues that create an engaging focal point. Every detail, from the intricate carvings to the thoughtfully chosen palette, reflects a deep respect for the rich artistic heritage of the region, while also offering a fresh, contemporary edge to the garden space.
